About the Grow Light:

This newly upgraded plant grow light is designed with a 360-degree flexible gooseneck and can provide 660nm red light. The pure and intense full spectrum light is effective for indoor plants to grow strong even on sunless or rainy days. You can use the tripod or hang the light panel depending on the type of plant. The grow light with full spectrum and adjustable height is suitable for various growth needs of your different indoor plants, such as succulents, flowers, herbs, and indoor potted plants. If you have a mini greenhouse, you can use it as a hanging grow light.

Warm Tips:

  1. Suggested distance between the plants and the lamp:

It is recommended to keep the light between 11.8 inches - 25 cm from your plants during the growth stage, and between 7.9 inches - 20.9 inches during flowering. This will provide the plants with enough light to absorb all the energy they need to grow optimally.

  2. How long should grow lights be used on plants?:

Different types of plants at different stages require varying light intensity and exposure.
Most plants need 6-12 hours of light during the vegetative/growth stage per day (like Aloe Vera, Orchids, Lettuce, Spinach, etc.).
Plants that are in the middle stages and require around 10-12 hours of light exposure per day need medium light exposure (like Tomatoes, Peppers, Snake Plants, etc.).
